Estimated Delivery Time = Fulfillment Time + Shipping Time
Fulfillment time is the time taken to process your order and for the warehouse/supplier to ship your order. This can be anywhere from 1 to 8 business days- it depends on the item.
Shipping time is the time taken by the carrier to deliver the item.

All delivery times are estimates and Joshua Tree Depot does not guarantee any delivery dates.
Joshua Tree Depot does guarantee that if a package is not received a replacement or a full refund will be offered.
A tracking number will be provided when the order ships. However, it can take up to 7 business days to track correctly.
Shipping solution with tracking and delivery confirmation are always preferred.
USA orders use ePacket delivery from Hong Kong and China. ePacket delivery is an agreement between the US Postal Service Hong Kong Post.
Recently, ePacket delivery has been extended to many other countries and will be used when available.
Everywhere else orders use standard mail, and generally, the carrier does not provide tracking information.
Premium Insured Shipping
Where ever possible premium insured shipping is offered:
- If a package is lost a replacement or a full refund is offered.
- If a package is damaged a replacement or a full refund is offered.
