Where is Joshua Tree Depot?

Joshua Tree Depot has its administrative offices in the United States, and all orders are shipped from its fulfillment centers located in Asia.

Joshua Tree Depot's Shipping Policies

Free worldwide shipping for all orders $35 and over.

All orders are shipped using premium insured shipping: orders are tracked and insured against loss.

All orders to the United States are shipped using EMS (Express Mail Shipping) via the United States Post Office. Delivery time from order submittal is typically 15 to 20 days.

All orders to other countries that can be shipped using EMS will be shipped in that manner via the receiving countries postal service.

All orders to other countries are shipped using non-EMS, and delivery time from order submittal is typically 20 to 40 days.

Joshua Tree Depot does not guarantee delivery times.

Order Tracking

A tracking number will be provided when the order ships. However, it can take from 5 to 10 days to track correctly.
