Warranty, Returns, Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations
1) WarrantyAll Joshua Tree Depot products come with a 30-day warranty. If you purchase a product with defects in workmanship or materials, even after extended use, we'll repair the product without charge, replace it, or issue a refund at our discretion.
2) Returns & Refunds
1) Your new purchase may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. After which no item is eligible for a return.
2) All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered packaging with original documentation. Apparel must be unused, unwashed, and tagged. If these conditions are not met, the company reserves the right to refuse the item or charge a minimum fee of 30%.
3) Exchanges are sent out immediately for an order in part or whole without waiting for the return.
4) If items were agreed upon to be returned are not returned the customer, the customer is obligated to pay for the items and will be billed for said items.
5) Exchanges are only done once per order.
6) Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item is defective or the order has an error caused by the company.
7) No refunds are given without the product being returned. However, the company may waive this requirement depending on circumstances. For example, the order or part of an order is badly damaged.
8) No returns are accepted without a return merchandise authorization (RMA).
3) Damaged Orders Require Confirmation
If an order is damaged or defective, images of the damage or defect are required for confirmation. Once confirmed, the exchange, return, or refund will proceed.
4) Lost Orders Are Replaced or Refunded
An order is considered lost if:
1) It fails to track 20 days after shipping.
2) If it is not delivered 35 days after shipping for EMS (Express Mail Shipping).
3) If it is not delivered 45 days after shipping for non-EMS.
4) If an order that has been determined lost is then delivered to the customer, the customer is obligated to return or pay for that order.
5) The company may waive these requirements if there is a good reason to believe an order is lost.
1) Orders can be canceled before they ship. However, a request for cancellation is not a guarantee that an order will not ship.
2) If an order has shipped, the cancellation is now a return. Once returned a refund is given.
