Tracking Your Order
To track your order, please enter your tracking number (orders may have multiple tracking numbers):
It can take from 5 to 20 days for your order to track correctly.
Tracking information is minimal while your order is in the country of departure (Singapore, Hong Kong, China, etc.).
Tracking information is only fully provided once you order is in the destination country. This tracking information is provided by that countries mail carrier. For example, in the United States it’s the USPS; in the United Kingdom, it’s the Royal Mail; in Canada, it’s Canada Post; in Australia, it’s Australia Mail; etc.
Failure to Track
For all EMS (Express Mail Surface) orders that fail to track, after 20 days you may choose a replacement order or a full refund.
For all non-EMS orders that fail to track, after 40 days you may choose a replacement order or a full refund.
